Photo Gallery Terms of Service
Welcome to your gallery! These Terms of Service govern the use of the gallery provided to clients for viewing and selecting their photographs. By accessing and using the gallery, clients agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Access and Usage
1.1. Clients will be provided with a unique link to access their personal photo gallery.
1.2. The gallery is intended for viewing and selecting photographs for personal use only.
1.3. Clients may share their gallery link with others of their choosing and acknowledge any password provided by the photographer, Harmonic Light Photography, LLC, is to be used by them.
2. Viewing and Selection
2.1. Clients may view all photographs provided from the session in the gallery.
2.2. All edits to photographs in the gallery are final unless otherwise communicated per the terms of the client's contract with the photographer, Harmonic Light Photography, LLC.
3. Copyright and Usage
3.1. The copyright and ownership of all photographs in the gallery remain with the photographer.
3.2. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the selected photographs for personal purposes only, including printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in private spaces.
3.3. Commercial use of the photographs is prohibited without prior written consent from the photographer.
3.4. Clients must not edit or alter the photographs in any way without permission from the photographer.
4. Security and Privacy
4.1. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their gallery link and password.
4.2. I take measures to ensure the security and privacy of client galleries, but I am not liable for any unauthorized access or use of the gallery.
4.3. Galleries will be available for viewing on the photographer's webiste unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Delivery of Photographs
5.1. Clients may request additional editing or retouching of selected photographs. Additional charges may apply for such requests per the client's contract with the photographer.
6. Client Satisfaction
6.1. I strive to provide high-quality photographs and ensure client satisfaction.
6.2. If a client is dissatisfied with the final edited photographs, they must notify me within 2 weeks to discuss potential solutions.
7. Liability
7.1. While I take every precaution to ensure the accuracy and quality of the photographs in the gallery, I am not liable for any discrepancies or errors.
8. Agreement
8.1. By accessing and using the Client Photo Gallery, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
8.2. These Terms of Service may be updated or amended at any time, and clients will be notified of any changes.
